No Refund Policy

On 11-27-08 we bought overhead of sunshine stone earings from diamonds worldwide in St. Kitts. We were about the Superstar Soltic, that evening my spouse used the earings, during supper she explained she was having discomfort in her earlobes. We visited the display after-dinner, then returnd to the cottage and upon elimination of the earings, my wifes equally earlobes BLED and were UNPLEASANT. 24 hours later visited onboard consumer for guidance, he recommended contact D. I whenever we return home. Listed here is where the "ENJOYMENT" begins. Dec. 3 called D.I. Left message. Dec. 4 spok to Neil, sent all paperwork requested. After that no reaction to telephone calls. SUBSEQUENTLY was recommended asupervisor can only just manage situation since it is Top Of Sunshine. Four times for BELLA to come back phone. Then your sort Dropped; NO CASH REFUND ONCE YOU BUY FROM ANY D.I. Shop. You Will Find NO symptoms published, salesman DIDN'T RECOMMEND of the. Bella advised me to see back of reciept. I infomed her to obtain the reciept you have to spend entirely, then it's to overdue!!! All she held sayig is "organization plan" Named Superstar and was informed to ask panel press. I received same response. Bella explained she'd a customer with same criticism and D.I. Changed environment with jewelry, I requested for same, was informed she'd need to contact merchant to determine if it may be completed!!! Our advice should you go-to ANY D.I.
