I put an order with MAACS on 5 Apr 08 for 3 models of the brand new Airman's Fight Standard (purchase #mm-141515). MAACS instantly put the entire $447.40 cost on my card regardless of the fact the ABUs were on back-order and without marketing that reality. MAACS delivered the components for that ABU and mentioned about the delivery the bill the ABUs were on back-order. On 25 Jul 08, I requested the organization to stop the unshipped balance of my purchase (3 ABU coats and 3 ABU pants—reimbursement ought to be ~$250). On 4 Aug 08, Sally (MAACS customer support) sent me confirming that the solution have been exposed within their repository to deal with my request. Because August, I've occasionally been contacting Alison McDonald with simply no reaction to my reimbursement request. Similarly the MAACS solution program suggests no action taken on my request.
