Horrible refund attitude

I've had abus ended because of the snowstorm, and also have been looking to get a reimbursement for just two 5 months. Based on the customer supportis path, I had been to contact Laurie Shampine (x1331) to obtain a reimbursement, but continuously and didn't response to the various voicemails I quit her.

I questioned why was Laurie "from the workplace" for just two months, and Denise (secretary) stated she is been ill. (A rest, obviously). After I named Christine (the supervisor), she instantly called me to Laurie Shampine (who's really at work, exactly what a shock). She questioned me to (once more) e-mail her the e-bill, declaring that she did not obtain it on March 9, and he or she'll approach it. But I declined to obtain off the telephone and delivered her a contact instantly and requested her to provide me my reimbursement. After 15 sec she stated that she's prepared it, and that I'll need to delay to possess it seem like a credit on my assertion.

I really hope that she truly prepared my reimbursement, we will notice in 1-2 months. Obviously, what's much more outraging is the fact that the particular reimbursement procedure required significantly less than 15 seconds, however I've to hold back 2.5 months in order for them to get it done.
