Bad customer support!

Requested male ABUis in late October 07 and woman (for my spouse) in December 07. After 5 emails and many phone calls later, I had been informed my first-order was delivered to Eglin AFB. Another 3 e-mail and 3 calls till they recognized the purchase quantity was handed to several client. Chose to stop purchase in January when local AAFES had item in stock. Needed to perform another round of e-mail and telephone label. Out-of more than 1 dozen emails and 7 calls, I obtained 3 half-witted complicated answers. After more calls and risks to protest to GSA and also the web BBB, Christa (who had been good about the telephone) named and that I received a return. So far as the 2nd purchase moves... I sent wondering when they had my wifes dimension in-stock. I acquired an answer 24 HOURS LATER declaring they actually had the dimensions in-stock and also the purchase might deliver the following-time. LAY!!! After awaiting more than 3 months, I asked in to the standing of the feminine ABUis that I had been informed might "deliver 24 hours later." The e-mail and telephone-label party began once more. Our determination again settled-off when I was informed the ABU top was in-stock however the trousers weren't.in the place of calling out Allison fort he liar she's (I've the e-mail), I decided anything was much better than nothing. I obtained the top about 5 days later. On 3 January, I required my CC be returned the $45 for that trousers I never obtained. On 10 March, at 1736, Sue removed my mail without actually studying it (I've evidence). Is that this what MAACS calls customer support? They promote on the site about how they are doing their finest to make sure client satisfaction... Bullshit! The website makes statements about more than 40 years of military support... Really? Being fraudulent and shady is unquestionably not really a primary worth I Have discovered over my 21 years of Active-Duty. These folks don't have any signal, no recognition, and no disgrace! Do not imagine to become my military friend in hands simply to get my income. The corporation is just a shame of course if their state of more than 40 years of military support is clearly accurate... I am embarrassed to become lumped in together like a veteran.
