They make it impossible to cancel

I've been a customer for 2 years and no longer need the service, I've tried for 2 weeks to cancel but when I get to someone in service the cancellation department leaves at 3PM PST USA... Crazy... Service even says they'll answer your call in less than 2 minutes... Good luck
