Blocked my account after i upgraded to merchant pro amazon blocked shopbestdirect for no reason when i upgraded my account internet

I have now found other people that have been blocked out of their amazon accounts.

My story is as follows... I have been selling on ebay for over 9 years and have a 99.9% positive feedback rating. Deciding to take the business to the next level i signed up with amazon.com and started with an individual account. I have made a total of 16 sales in the last 30 days - 8 of then in one day. I decided that it was time to upgrade my account.

Within hours of upgrading my account, it was blocked because they claim - my account is linked to another blocked account.

This is impossible as i only have one account.

I have sent numerous emails and have gotten only a generic response. They have no number to call and have basically told me any more emails from me will be ignored.

HERE'S THE EMAIL... ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEAS?
