Blocked my account for no reason and are holding alot of money with no proof

I have been selling on amazon for awhile and just upgrade to a merchant account for my business last week. I have had no a-z claims filed against me on either account.

I got an email saying that they are blocking my merchant account because it is related to an account that has been blocked before. They said,

"While we do not provide detailed information on how we link related accounts, we have significant evidence that this account is related to a previously blocked account."

They are not willing to show me any proof that i should be blocked and now they are holding a few thousand dollars with no explination of why other then it is related to another account.

I have been provideing them with tracking numbers and am waiting for buyers to leave me feedback. I currently have a perfect rating on my merchant account (the one they susoended). My personal account is still active, however i had to delete all of the listing on there when i open my merchant account.

Do not sell on amazon they really do not care about the seller. Everything is set up to protect only the buyer.

I forgot to mention they also limit certain who can sell certain items. Probally so they can control the price or maybe because they own the other accounts that can sell. I think that shows how much they care about sellers when they limit there sellers on a public selling site. I will keep everyone updated on this

They are also very bad at contacting you. They are slow and only go via email when it has to do woth you performance. This is costing me alot of money everyday they have me closed.
