Com Amazon blocked me forever with no recourse

I was selling my mostly used DVD movies on Amazon for a short time around Christmas to make some extra money. One day the sent me an email that they had blocked my seller account because of bad feedback. I checked into it and only 2 people had left less than positive feedback because of slow shipping. I emailed Amazon saying that it was around the holidays and I cannot guarantee prompt delivery because the post office handling is delayed. They wrote me back saying that then I was blocked because of selling recopied material.

I promptly sent them my purchase receipts from the manufacturer showing that my DVD's were legit. They would not change my blocked status. Then they blocked my partners account because they said it was related to my account. That's because I had cosigned for her telephone service because she had poor credit. Amazon will not listen to our side and it seems there is no recourse.

I used to go to Amazon to buy too but now I will boycott them. They suck because any competitor can buy something from you and leave you bad feedback or accuse you of breaking their TOS and they will take their word for it. You can get anyone kicked off Amazon if you wanted to. Anyone can give false feedback and put you out of business. Nice for the buyers and bad for the sellers. Plus, their commission rates are way too high anyway so you have to sell your items at top dollar to make any real money.

My Amazon experience was very bad, they accused me and that was it. They will not listen to the sellers side or reverse their decision. Once someone complains, you're outta there.
