T-mobile Pre-paid Wireless Cellular Service
I purchased a $100 refill card, t-mobile stole my $100 and hasn't fulfilled their promise to replace the minutes they stole!

Shops, Products, Services

I went to Walmart and purchased a $100 refill card for my T-mobile prepaid cell phone, which I have done for years. I activated the card and received a text from T-Mobile stating the $100 of minutes was added. The next day, I tried to place a call, and a recording said I had no minutes. I called T-Mobile and got a runaround. I also emailed.in their response, I was given several different "reasons" as to why this happened, both from my telephone calls and my emails, the main ones being related to "system enhancements" at T-Mobile. The last I was told, via email, is that the $100 in minutes would be added back to my phone, but only in increments of $25 a day, which they did do for a couple of days, and then quit. I now have a total of 575 minutes for my $100 refill card, plus the "courtesy minutes" they "gave" me, which they now say they are deducting from the $100 I purchased! (This is after one employee said "I'll stake my job that the courtesy minutes will not be included in the $100 purchase"!

I do not feel I am wrong when I state that T-Mobile STOLE my $100 and that if I wanted to have minutes added in $25 increments, I would have purchased $25 cards. I purchased, as always, the $100 card to get the gold rewards, which is 15% more minutes and a 1 year activation. Now, I have only 576 minutes, and have had to fight for hours online and on the phone to get that. T-Mobile has offered no customer service concessions for their errors, and no remedy that they have honored as they said.
