Banh hsbc told my father personal info

I have t go bankrupcy for personal health issues. Bestbuy credit called my dad about 20 times told him how much money i owed and asked him to pay for it. We live in 2 different homes and states! I know that is against the law, but i have to many health issues to do anything about, i am 38ys old, not a little girl.
