HSBC Lost my personal information and are doing nothing about it

HSBC has been losing my personal information including my SIN # and my other credit card details. I have applied 2 times with my personal information for a credit card, and both times they were unable to find me on their system.

I asked the so called call centre where my information might be and they stated: THEY HAVE NO INFO UNDER MY NAME & TO RE-APPLY AGAIN FOR THE CARD..

Well I did it again and re-applied and again they cannot find me, my information is in someone elses hands and or floating around on the net.

Since notifying my credit card company about the issue, they flagged my account and my SIN number has been flagged also for unusual activity, HSBC is very lax in security and fraud prevention.

And I would like answers from HSBC from an english speaking person (Not being racist) It makes it easier to understand.
