Stay away. Run. Run. Run

I was a customer of T-mobile for 8 years. The first years were wonderful, I never had to phone them for anything, and on the rare occasion that I had to they were bend over backwards accommodating. Then as time progressed they would make big mistakes on my account and treat me like trash when I phoned with a concern. Oh the supervisors were the worst. They tried to rip me off big time for a mistake they made, and it took the corporate office to finally straighten it. If you found that you had a problem they would treat you as if you were trying to rip the company off, instead of treating you like a customer who were paying their inflated salaries. The last straw came when they kept forcing me into contracts without my knowledge and against my will. T-mobile use to provide customer service that was second to none, and had they continued that tradition of customer service first, I would have stayed with them forever. It is sad how they have deteriorated as a company
