Hearst Corp - Veranda Magazine
Harrassment letters for renewal Red Oak Iowa Iowa

Shops, Products, Services

We ordered a subscription to Veranda Magazine six months ago and have since decided to not renew. 2 months after our subscription ended we have begun receiving letters every month that have the look and feel of past due notices, indicating that we need to pay. There is not any contact information (phone or customer service) listed on these letters. The most recent letter states "

Dear Subscriber: When you ordered your subscription with the convenience of being billed later, we fully belieeved you would send payment upon receipt of your invoice. Since we have no record of your payment at this time, your good standing with us is at risk.

You can resolve this matter quickly and easily by returning the subscription invoice with your payment enclosed in the envelope.

Your prompt payment will allow us to continue your subscription which we're sure will provide you with utmost of reading enjoyment through out the year.

We look forward to hearing from you"

Ill continue to ignore these letters as they come, and will continue to search for a customer service number to try stop this harrassment over the phone.
