Didn't give my refund back after 3 weeks, had no ink in passport printer

I went set for my immediate passport images on Nov. 11, and there the store-manager, Corey got my images and charged me the entire cost of 21.63$. After getting the photos and getting me. He recognized that there is no printer within the printer and explained to come back 24 hours later. I expected him to get a reimbursement and he explained he was not ready to complete one there. And so I delivered 24 hours later, and Amarice was there another sales affiliate who did not knwo something about my problem. And explained to come back again. After returning again on Nov. 23,08, Amarice stated that Corey quit and he or she could not give my return either. After requesting her many times who I might call. She finall ygave me the client support point where I really could get my return back.

Terrible customer support...!!!
