Recently received a rather hateful letter stating "When you ordered your subscription with the convenience of being billed later, we fully believed you would send payment upon receipt of your invoice. Since we have no record of your payment at this time, your good standing with us is at risk."
Perhaps the photocopy of my cancelled check will jog someones memory. I really wish that they would not start magazine subscriptions without money because it forces one to go back to their records to search out the evidence of payment.
