If You Open The Box, Its Factory Defected, No Return

I return a $19.99 Oregon Scientific Portable UV Sensor, The LED display did not work right I had my receipt, package, instruction and I returned it the same day. They said if you open the box it can not be return period. I also witness Two customer a head of me running out the door screaming mad with good causes. There Attitude is extremely arrogant.

I've return many many thing in my life and I have never had a major problem. This is the first time I've ever had to make a complaint. They are in the process of kill Christmas, Birthday and People giving gift. Also it is illegal to sell new Item that don't work (fraud) and now Target has found how to work around the laws. Note: I've had strong feed back from high source that this is no fluke. If you open the box... Its your sucker!!!
