I just got off the phone and my $200."disconnect fee" for a contract that didn't exist was removed from my bill. It had been automatically renewed and they really backtracked when i told them i have every bill since day one and i can prove i have no contract with you.

I know most people pay their utility bills and throw them away, but this is a good example of why you should keep them, especially with companies like this one.

Do not hesitate to call the utility commission when these people are trying to rip you off, they are scared to death of them. If you're using txu and especially if you're locked in on a contract with them, i wich you the best.
