Two Penny Rentals has ripped me off just like the others. However, I have learned that the company now goes by the name A-Lite Rentals and is listed at the same address, but with a different web address. See www.aliterentals.com. Is there any way we can get a class action going against these guys? They have stolen rents, cost me to get fined by the city for not repairing what I paid to be repaired and have been bullying the tenants for payments.
