Paided for a service i never got

I purchased something out of this organization on 10/04/08. That I had been told I'd have it with-in 48 hours. 744 hours later and simply 3 of 13 suceesful efforts to make contact with customer support. Its has become 11/11/08, I still dont have my order placed. And that I don't have the reimbursement i expected for. And so I called paypal, exposed a to obtain a rfund. Hope it works
