Shops, Products, Services

On May 6 I contacted Mr. Steve Hardcastle about listing my house for sale. He came to my home - he seemed very charming and claimed he was the top producer and would advertise my home and have open houses etc. There were not very many pictures he needed to take of my house because a retired realtor friend of mine had taken quite a few.- so he used most of those pictures. After he got me locked in for 6 months on agreement, he practically ran me over to get out of my home. He printed some brochures and put a sign in my yard and few flyers - which I was having to constantly call his office for replacements.

He did not have any open houses throughout the summer which was the peak selling season. My home is very unique - when I moved in I totally remodeled my home and Kitchen, blinds, light fixtures, bathroom carpet, paint - it is the biggest lot in the neighborhood and the only one with a four car garage. The one offer I had he had his assistant call me - Wendy - she was very dumb and could not negoiate a contract or did not know how. I repeatedly requested an approval letter but never was given one.

My neighbor was also misled - they signed up with him because they knew I was in the mortgage business and they thought he was competent.

4 people came to my home on a Saturday and Sunday and asked if they could see my home because their agent had tried to call Mr. Hardcastle but he never called them back. Not only was he unresponsive on my home but there was several other homes they had tried with the same story of no response.in a competitive market, it is imperative to have a go getter for an agent. Mr. Hardcastle is lazy and he just wants to have an easy sale.

Due to his actions in my neighborhood he's forcing people to lower their home by using scare tactics to convince them that they cant' get anymore - He is driving our property values down.

Today I recieved a call from another real estate company about my home listings being off the market. Mr. Hardcastle did not have the professional courtesy to call me about taking my home off the market. When I came home from the boy scout camp out - my sign was gone - they had come into my home and removed the sign and I was informed that my keys for my house were in the mail. His assistant or Mr. Hardcastle did not have the professional courtesy to drop them off. This is very dangerous to have keys to my home floating out in the US Mail. There are too many agents in the market that are willing to go the extra mile.

Do use him - he's a parasite in the real estate agent and it's agents like himself - that is driving our home values down. Anyone who would like to call me about my experience my do so at 713-xxx-xxxx
