Horrible company

11/06-Signed contract with the devil (Transtech)
2/08-Got a much, much better deal with a new company. We called to cancel them only to find out it made it more expensive to cancel (395.00) than to ride out the remainder of the 2 yr. Contract paying the min. Monthly fee. So we obviously decided to do so. We were told our contract would EXPIRE on November 8,08. Asked what to do next and were told no need to do anything but wait and we still saved money paying for the new cc processing company and them combined.

11/3/08-Noticed another monthly fee and a charge of 95.00 from them in bank account.

11/5/08-Called transtech assuming it was a small mistake and could/would be fixed... HA! They not only told us it was not so simple but that we had been automatically renewed for another year and it would cost 500.00 to get out of it now. All because they did not get 30 days written advanced notice. Although we were told different we were very rudely told we should read the contract. When we asked if since it is not the 8th can we fax one to you, we were told no it's too late. Asked to speak to a supervisor were told we have 24 hours til they get back to us. I have a good idea that won't happen or if it does I doubt this will be resolved having dealt with this company on far more times than mentioned I have learned they are not gracious, caring or even slightly concerned about right from wrong. Only looking out for the bottom dollar. Not doing good, honest business.
This company and several others like it are a big reason this country is in the hardship she is. When or how will it ever change?

I am glad in my pursuit of finding others who feel like I do, as I was sure I wasn't alone in this, I found this website. I will use it often.
