Conned into a contract which should be null and void

Our small hair salon and 2 yrs left with a contract with Transtect and Golden eagal. When this women Catharian Halligan walked through are doors and said i can make your life so much easier with a better machine and a better contract.

Well lets stop there she worked for transtect and we never needed a 2nd contract with transtect. WHY? We had 2 yrs left on our contract. But she smoked my wife into sighing ito another contract— which my wife questioned. But she said its a must formality. Plus that contract she was sighing would be for that better card machine for 77.75 dollors a month. SHE said we would not be charged for a annual fee for 95.00 and no debit cards fees ect.

Remember we where only paying 41.00 dollars for 2 more yrs on the basically the same machine. Well this is where are nightmare starts. More companies where withdrawing money from are account then china has rice. And our new machine was never activated. But transtech said we will pay off your old machine-now this was in 5-01-07 our machine as of 8-01-07 was not payed off so for 4 months we were paying for 2 machines and one wasn't activaded.

Now we canceled our contract with transtech but the transtech contract which we got LEASE FINANCE GROUP with said weare not affilliated with transtech. See its all a shell game. We have no money in are small little buissness. And we are ready to close are doors but they say we owe them $5,000. Well I ll send them my sons death certificate from Iraq to have this Company screw me.
