Nokia supervisor rude after phone was returned as scrap

I have a family plan with 4 phones and always chose Nokia for their durability for the past 7 years (at least 25 Nokia phone over those years). I ran into an issue w / a brand new phone, and sent it into Nokia to have looked at. They sent it back to me stating it was scrap. Took it to a local repair guy, and it was a simple fix. No problem. I'm very upset with the support I received from the supervisor Oscar afterwards though. He was very rude, and spoke down to me calling me a liar. I was very peaceful with him during the entire conversation. I requested to have another supervisor contact me, and he said they would within 48 hours. 2 weeks later, nothing. I attempted to contact a supervisor, but get disconnected mysteriously after waiting 10 minutes. Very disappointed. Just venting... Andrea
