They take $200 to $500 earnest deposit and steal them, watch out for that broke

Buyers I worked with the Broker in the past. They take small deposits and do not give them back if the deal does not close. They make you drive around
and they keep terrible records. Check the Divison of Real Estate and see how many complaints they have had about this. Forget about the division helping you if something happens. They are understaffed and lazy.

A co worker told me they put your house on the MLS for $500, then they walk away a dont do anything.

Try any other Discount Company, there are a few great ones I have found.
