Rock Edmunds Realty ripoff, misleading information, dishonest practices, refusal to refund deposits

My brother and me were tring to buy some real estate through Rock Realty owned by, Rock Edmunds. We decided to back out of the deal after finding out that the property was still in probate and that we had been misled by the Owner of the property and Rock Realty.

We have requested that Rock Realty return our $1,000.00 Deposit (earnest money) and was told they had no control over it that the person that misled us and tried to defraud us has to release the money.

Well here we are several months later and Rock realty still hasen't released our funds although, they have it in escrow. MY warning to all is to never sign a contract with Rock Realty and never ever give them any money because if the other party tries to rip you off Rock Realty will side with them as they did against us. Buyer Beware!!!
