Awesome Service review

In the last year I have sold 18 properties, have one sale pending and have just listed a noew property through Fidelity Realty. Fidelity Realty is a discount broker who lets you list on MLS for $245. I have used quite a few other discount bokers and while all did a farly well job at getting my listing on the MLS, Fidelity gives you an account that allows you to edit your MLS listing on line. After using their system, I would NEVER go anywhere else.

The really cool thing is that they are also members of several additional listing distribution services, not just the MLS. As far as I could tell, they posted my listing on well over 100 sites. They did provide a list of sites and links to verify. VERY VERY COOL.

To date, they have saved me ovewr 100K in broker commissions (I sold 18 properties with them so far).

Keep up the good work Fidelity... You know who I am.
