Beware of Wayne Lovence and Oslyn Lovence they claim to be real estate agents, but they are local scam artists stealing hardworking people money. My $1000.00 earnest money was not returned to me after termination of contract and Lovence refuses to answer his phone or return my money. My advise to home buyers in Georgia is to do not do any business with Lovence Realty, LLC at all. You will be sorry!
