Game does not match online video and store refused return

I brought a game thinking it match the same video on the page. When I open it up, it was completing different. The video on the site shows a 3-d graphics but the game is 2-d and side scrolling. This is false advertisement. I try to take it back to the store and they would not take the game back or let me get the another one for the other game system. They try to take it back as a trade in ($14.99 is the trade-in value). I paid $42.99 for the game. I'm very disappointed in the game and with Gamestop. I will never buy a game from this store ever again.
