Web Traffic Tonight
Took my money, did not give me my service. They didn't give me a refund, either

I am new to the website. I knew I needed traffic. For whatever reason, I decided Web Traffic Tonight would produce results. I am an educated person, I never thought of myself as naive.

I saw their ad: GUARANTEED... I purchased from Jason (I really doubt there is anyone else that he works with. I think he's just a con man for newbies like me). I used my paypal and bought 15,000 guaranteed visitors (mistake number one) for $69.95. Before I did the website, I was a data analyst, so, of course, I scrutinized my numbers and where my links came from when they were from an outside source.

My number never rose, the links were not from WTT. I phoned Jason, left a message. Same thing the next day. I emailed him with no response after that. I then saw not only one, but 2 paypal charges for the purchase on my billing. I canceled the recurruing charge and filed a dispute.

I went to Jason, as instructed by paypal, and asked for the charges to be returned. He aid "yes" and requested I close the dispute. I called Paypal and they said no money was credited. I went back to Jason, through Paypal, and advised Paypal had no record of a refund. His answer was that as long as there is a dispute open, there were credits being charged to my account. I laughed, of course, he did not mean my financial accounts, he already knew that was not possible, he meant the dispute was taking away from the 15,000 hits/month two months in a row that he owed.

I told him 0 X 0 = 0, so I really did not expect him to suddenly deliver. Con artists usually do not. Paypal returned a ruling in my favor but said they cannot help me recover my money. Thanks paypal...
