USBI slammed our phone service. I reported and had the charges removed one month, then they did it again! When you call them they know they are committing fraud.

Very sad for the employees. I would hate to have this company on my resume.

Their internet site does not even provide an address. This has gone on too long. Where is the consumer protection? Look at all the complaints on the internet.
