Internet Ripoff Fraud Nation Wide Internet

I received my phone bill to find 3 charges costing $41.25. They were from an adult website called Diego Garcxx. I never go to adult websites. Furthermore, I have 900 numbers blocked from my telephone and have no long distance carrier. The service provider responsible is USBI. When I called USBI for an explanation they could not give me one. The only thing they told me was to get online and look at the history. When I told them that I refused to pay the charges they were hesitant at first but my persistance caused them to remove the charges. They said it may take up to 2 months and my phone bill would be credited. It has not been 2 months yet so I don't know if they are really going to do it. However, this is not the first time that I have been scammed by USBI.

Last time they called my house and said I wouldn't be charged for the local newspaper to get delivered to me. I wasn't charged for the newspapers but they signed me up without my consent to have them as my long distance carrier for about 6.00 a month even thought I have long distance blocked on my phone.By the time I relized this I could only get 2 months credited back to me but they kept a month.
