I have been violated and stripped by American Credit / ACS

American Credit sent this boggist letter to me stating that I can get a personal loan up to $5000.00 for whatever reason I need it for. Just a little background on me. I am currently in forclosure, so I believe this is out this company seeked me out to draw me into this scam.

After I responded to the original application, a gentlman name Steve is all he would give called me back and told me how everything work far as how long it would take to get the loan and what percentage rate would be applied once I have obtained the loan. This Steve made the opportunity to get this loan so believable that I went for it before I really looked into it.

This little voice in my head continued to go off and I finally listened to it by calling an attorney asking if they could check this company out. My attorney called me back with some disturbing information. I was told that this was not a real company, so I then call the BBB to find out if there was any complaints against this supposive company and there were 2 complaints. I then called the Office of Consumer Commission and was told that there was no company licensed in the state of Texas for American Credit or ACS, neither was this company registered or licensed in the state of Florida. So be ware that this is a major fraud.

I have been on the phone and internet to every consumer service I can to put a stop to these people whomever they are. So let's all join in to stop this from happening to others.
