Hi. I would just like to warn people about american web loans.

Last xmas i took out a small loan of $400 after a major surgery.

I received the money and saw that 120 was taken out every two weeks.

My situation got better and i wasnt paying attention to that account. I saw that i had paid over 900 for the 400 loan. I thought that they had just robbed me and closed the account. Now i find out that they are not finished with me. None of that money paid went to the loan. They are calling me constently and my employer as well. I am getting threatened with garnishment and such over this. Is this even legal? I am ready to turn this over to an attorney. This has hurt my relationship with my employers and im not sure if they have any legal right to rob people like this.

Just because we check a box of a convoluted contract does not give them the right to take advantage. I really did not understand that they would do this. I dont believe that just because one puts and electronic signature on a contract that it gives them the right to loanshark a loan.
