Is a crock of bull. Ripoff

I called to cancel this "vacation package" and got the typical run around about you can not cancel and it is non refundable. I wanted to cancel, for one, they are always asking for more money to "upgrade" and for two no one has any courtesy. This is a crock of bull. Then i found this web site and could not believe the other people that had the same problem. I am in the process of trying to get our money back.
