Ripoff

I came into contact with American Credit Finders (Greg Atherton) about a year ago. He garanteed me a loan in 11 days. After the 11 days came and went I continued to contact him everyday by phone, or e-mail. I could not get a response, finally a Steve called me and told me it was taking longer. I contacted the office later and a lady told me she had taken the papers to the loan officer that morning. A week later I called back and she told me the same story. I kept a file on all our correspondence, so I sent Greg a letter, his reply was he could not help me if I kept talking about his quarantee. I responded with quotes from his web site, and quotes from his e-mails. He sent me a response that I was right and he understood and I would me getting the money I was guaranteed. His e-mail has been discontinued or re-named several times. I can not get in touch with him at all now. I contacted the BBB and the internet fraud department, all the BBB could tell me was there was a complaint against the company, I have not heard from the internet fraud department. I am a elderly lady living on social security and could not afford to lose that money. Is there any way to get it back
