This Co. Calls on phone and offers Dinner discount and free long distant calls, offer X amount of free gasoline and tells you they will send the information for you to check out, and make your decision from that.
They then immediately charge your debit card for the fee, send no information to read, the following month, they deduct an additional amount from your debit card, claiming they have no record of the of the but one, they claim you have 7 days to review the information to say Yeh or Ney, however, without anything for you to check, you have nothing to go on, but they are gracious enough to offer you the last monthly payment of $2.48 charged back to your debit card.
