Fell for the "free" offer. There was NO info on the order webpage stating I would be automatically enrolled in their program. It just said that they would send a "free" starter kit, and all I'd have to pay was the $4.95 shipping/handling charge. Just got the product this weekend, and tried it Sunday night (was NOT impressed).

I tried to use my debit card for dinner on Monday, and it was declined because the Saphire company had charged me $99.67 for their FREE starter kit and enrolled me to receive regular shipments without my authorization. So I had the product for EXACTLY one day before they charged my account. I only put $50 in that account every pay period as an "out to eat" allowance for work. If I have any money left over I might use it for something like, oh, I don't know, a FREE OFFER where I'm only going to be charged a ONE TIME fee of $4.95!!! What a scam.

I called my bank to report it as a fraudulent charge, and I called Saphire and was told they would send me an RMA # in 48-72 hours so I could return the FREE product for a refund. We'll see. They'll definitely be reported again if they don't come through with a refund when I return their mediocre product. Meanwhile, my account is overdrawn. I will NOT fall for another FREE offer again.
