Phone Upgrade Promises Broken, Line Disconnected After Complaint

Starting August 5th, tried to upgrade phones and programmes. Promises were made and not kept, phones not received, phone disconnected when complaint was made. Tried to contact a manager, no success. No manager was free in 4 tries, left my contact info, was not contacted. Background: loyal customer in good standing since 2002. Warning for potential new customers: think twice before committing!
