Noah's Ark Moving rips you off! Never move your goods with them!

The movers had promised delivery of goods within 7-14 days of shipment date (08/02). I was told that their representative would contact me once the shipment reaches California (for the actual delivery address). When I called them on 08/15 I was informed that the shipment had not left as I had not provided them an address. Since that day I had called them every day to dispatch my goods. I would be given some excuse why the goods are delayed, they even told me that due to heavy flooding all truck are delayed. Eventually they were shipped on some other carrier's truck (they did not arrive in a Noah's Ark Truck). The driver refused to offload the material unless he was paid the balance amount first in CASH. Once the amount was paid they offloaded the material. There was substantial damage to the goods and 2 items were recorded missing (value still to be assessed once all items are unpacked). I was told to take it up with the insurance company. Overall the experience has been very bad. I had receive quotes from other movers to move the goods for as low as US$2,800.00 but I chose Noah's Ark and paid them US$4,887.00 as they had guaranteed at 7-14 day delivery as also have numerous (fake) testimonials on their website. They are a total rip off and e-mails sent to their customer service bounce back. Never use these fellows.
