I have had an account with Conns for several years each year your service gets worse. I had to take a laptop that I purchased from this company that was not even a year old ago to the service center. When I went into one of their stores to get service for it they told me I had to take to the service center myself (First lie!!!) was told by (Kevin Waters). After I took it in myself the manager (Terry) was there advised it would only take a week (Another lie!!!).

I have called the service center everyday for the past 3weeks and spoken with a rep (Amber) who has taken my number to have Terry call me back four times I still have not gotten a call (Another lie!!!). This kind of service is unacceptable. The level of customer care it's (0) zero. I have never ever seen or heard of this kind of service level at all. I have been very patient not getting rude with rep even though they were with me.

I just do not know what else to do. I bet if I had paid my bill this way I would be able to get results meaning call back to speak with me then. I know I'm just one person but I will and have touched many lives before I'm done getting results from this company about this issue.
