Customer service Department one of the most historically respected PRINT classic car advertisers has a Customer NO service Dept...

I created an ad online reviewed it and then paid for it thinking I would get what I paid for...

I did not.

Customer Service said the computer Gliched and I did something Wrong and it is my fault, they Will not refund even $20 of the $59.95... NADA

Expected more from such a respected Advertiser, I will go with Autotrader.com next time.

I will dispute the charge with My cc Company
