Poor web support/customer service

Posted an ad for $99 for my vehicle. Once I sold it, I took the ad down. Apparently, it was still being posted. I was still getting bombarded by calls for my car which was already sold! I called customer service and wrote e-mail regarding problem. Was informed there is a 'glitch' with their website and tech support has to remove it manually. As if, they have been in business for many years, and still cant get their act together regarding the SIMPLE task of taking an ad down! Really Autotrader, REALLY? You can't even handle removal of an ad? Thats what your business is about, online ads. $99 is a rip off for substandard website and customer service.
