Falsified my DAC, claiming I was terminated when they NEVER hired me

I got involved with US Xpress leasing program. Went to orientation in Oklahoma City on my own dime. After 5 days of paperwork, providing w2's (despite what the recuiter insists IRS will not fax any paperwork) and not getting anywhere an in house recuiter suggests that I either go back to the motel over the weekend and m a y b e there will be an answer monday or take the bus home and they could load me out of Colton, Calif.

Fine send me home, by the way do I get reimbursed for my plane fare getting to Oklahoma City?" Nope, you were not hired."

Returning home I contacted a prior employer about a rehire. Sure they said, it's been over 6 months so we have to redo the paperwork. Not a problem.

Funny thing is I never listed US Xp as an employer, never hired, but my DAC lists them as terminating me, per Shaffer. Called my recuiter with US, Tracy Woods and she tells me the termination is on the drug test. "At the bottom of the test there are 2 boxes, 1 says dismiss and the other says termination".
"We had to put something in there." It's as if she has no clue the difference between the words dismiss and termination nor does she understand the meaning of h i r e for employment.

Yes I am going to explore the legalities of falsifing a DAC.
