Erroneous Report which prevented Lucrative employment

I am a truck driver who recentlyapplied for a new job. My potential employer did not hire me due to two bad reports on my DAC. One was from a former employer who lists me as a termination{i quit}, the other, a co. Who i didin't ever work for has me listed as a termination{i was employed by a subcontractor}.
I cannot get a good job with these contacts misrepresenting me this way. Please Help.
