Legalbuds.com, GLE Inclegalbuds.com Aka didn't send complete order when contacted several times about it. Lousy customer service

This website sells tobacco alternatives for smoking, that is, herbal alternatives. They also sell other products, such as pipes, clothing, etc. I ordered a product that included a free smoking pipe. It advertised on the site that you would receive a free gift of "greens" with your order. I received my order but I noticed that the pipe wasn't there neither were the greens, so I emailed them telling them that I thought I had received the wrong order (it wasn't clear that what i ordered wasn't a "sampler", but it was "customers favorite". I received an email from a Natalia who was supposed to be on their Customer Support Team.

I called their number and this Natalia person answered and i told her about the problem and she said, "oh can you hold a minute" and put me on hold and never returned to the phone to help me with my issue. I tried calling several times during the day and then NO ONE answered.

Frustrated, I emailed her again and told her that I didn't get the pipe that i was supposed to get and the free greens either. I told her that their fulfillment department left a lot to be desired and that i was dissatisfied with the customer service. She never emailed me back and i never received the rest of my order! I spent over $65 and never received a partial refund or anything.

If you smoke alternative product, stay away from this company. It's customer service sucks!
