This company took 2 subscription payments from me without providing a subscription

I paid for a subscription in July, and never received it. I sent numerous emails, but they went unanswered.

I emailed Paypal last week, and told them I was not authorizing anymore payments to Success Media, and a few days later, they still paid them. Now I'm out $40. I am filing a complaint with the Attorney Generals Office.

These people need to be stopped!!! I am also pissed off at Paypal. When I emailed them after they released the 2nd payment, I was told that cancelling a subscription the day of or before a payment is due does not mean the cancellation will go through in time. I told them days prior that I was not authorizing anymore payments to them.

I am disappointed with Paypal for this and other recent incidents with their company. There was some kind of security breach because I received several fraudulent emails from a scammer claiming to be Paypal asking me to verify account info & include my SS#.

These people knew I had a Paypal account, and had some of my info. I also received a negative rating from Ebay because the real Paypal locked my account out so that I could verify info, and I tried over several weeks to do this, but did not receieve a reply from them until over 3 weeks later, but by then, my Ebay order was cancelled. I am quickly learning that internet purchases are not safe. Be Careful!!!
