I ordered two pair of shoes on April 27. I became suspicious when I did not receive any type of update on the status of my order. I contacted Kelly Mall via email on 4/30 and have not received any information from them. I then proceeded to check my PayPal account and was going to cancel the payment; however, it had already been processed. I then began to look for information regarding the legitimacy of this site. Obviously, I have been scammed. I plan to file a complained with PayPal and like the previous complaints I too will be asking that PayPal immediately stop offering their services to Kelly Mall. If I do not get satisfactory resolution, I will be closing my PayPal account.
