The job is subpar. The removal of old shine and ploy scratched the wood of the floors in a circular design which cannot be removed now except by a professional company. The floors are shiny in some areas where they did not "scrub" and are ruined in areas they did. They left hairs and particles of dirt and dust on the floor and then put down polyurethane right on top of it. I called the company rep and he wanted to argue with me how it got there and said he would come back to fix it. He came back and while he sat in car, he had his guy come in and "fix it". It did not fix the problem at all. The rep never came in to evaluate the "fix" and when I called him again he appologized and said he would come back and fix it again. I told him that we wanted it done the next time he was in the area, that he would have to bring whatever was neccessary to strip the floor areas again that were bad. He said he would but we have not heard from him and it has been over a month. Overall, my opinion with this process is that it sucks. Don't waste your time and money. The lip service is great, the actual service is terrible and I am an easy guy to get along with and to please. It is evident that the process was not done correctly and was not supervised well. I took the chance and got busted, don't you do the same!
