I have an extended warranty with Circuit City for my 50 inch Hitachi TV. It is through Chaparral Electronics in Houston, TX. The warranty is for "in house repairs". Chaparral picked up the TV November 24 after not even attempting repairs at home. I have called several times and been told it was about ready. They still have not called me or returned the TV. This is now December 29.
