Will not honer advertisements and no warranty on new 57 inch projection television Ripoff

I paid cash for a 57 inch Hitachi projection color television then I was informed that it cost $160.00 to have it delevered. Their ads says free delevery. I informed then that I'm disable and could not pick up on television. I had to make personal arangements to pick it up. When I got it home I called them for tec. Support as the television could not be setup. They tell me to call Hitachi. Hitachi tells me that the set is defected. I went back to circuit city and was informed that there is no warranty on the set. They say If I can bring it back to them that they will exchange it for another one. I again tell them that I'm disable and this time I have no way. They telling me that for another $60.00 they will bring me another television and drop it off at my driveway but they will not help to set it in house are set it up. Still with no warranty.
